Chevrolet — Buy Online program scam

Went through the 9 steps to lease a new Silverado online. As expected the dealer contacted me immediately after submission of the package; lease app, cost break down etc. Suspiciously, the lease app appeared on my Experian but the dealer never got it And the quote from the dealer came back $200 moremo than the Chev buy online pricing. I have used it before and it was off by about $30 due to local taxes, etc. But this equates to $7200 in additional fees acoording to the dealership…who could not explain anything else. Is this a scam, bait and switch or just a poor company process? Tried to file a complaint with Chev online only to get An Error Has Occurred message when trying to submit. The whole thing stinks. Use the information provided. Follow the process. Use the financial disclosures without trying to do the package all over again internally. What’s the point of online buying and delivery if the dealer won’t do it?
