Rude racist and harassment

I been in a Ladbrokes shop on commercial road Swindon I actually went to check my football game I had paper slip I was checking there and my 3 games we still in progress. So I thaught I will wait for while I was seating on that machine nearly 30 mint I just saw 2 pounds were left on the machine and I been on that machine nearly 20 minutes so I thaught I would play that money so I bet game and the BBW lady comes running it was one of the staff and said you need to pay that 2 pounds I said y should I she goes to me it’s one of the customer you can’t play that money have been very rude to me racist words been used and told me to get lost and top of that I already paid from my card 2 pounds and top the blocked all the terminal and blocked my money I asked her y you blocked the terminal she goes to me you can’t play it’s customer money so I thaught of leaving I had 50 p left on the machine I told her keep the change she come running after me to give that 50 p and said me **** off Indian I asked her name because I wanted to complain on her I still got the paper she wrote her name as Lou and she said to me she is one of the manager of shop branch I told her next time I come I will come play and leave my 2 pounds on all machine and I will go hope she returns my money other day and lock the machine because my money will be in the machine as she told me it’s customer money n she took my money I will do same if not any action not taken. I want Ladbrokes to take some serious against the lady manager called Lou from Swindon commercial road shop and take her off from manager job or shift her out of that labrokes to some other places she ain’t good for that shop and as a customer, we want respect, not racist words we play our money and lose our money we don’t leave the shop swearing at staff I hope you guys understand me and take some serious action about this the video footage is the main proof of Ladbrokes thank you
