The representative changing my flight instructed me that my new total would be $810.00 a difference of $187.20. She did not explain this would have been an additional charge of $810.00 or this reservation would not have been changed. I spent a total of 2hrs with customer service and no solution was made. I asked to speak to a supervisor. That would be a 1 12 hrs before they could return my call. I am still waiting and have no callback. I have a total of 4 complaints with Priceline and would like a call back ASAP to resolve these issues! Bette Jo Claycamp 541-410-0951
