Rude and unwilling to understand how long I have been without my meds

I keep having trouble filling a certain prescription. The pharmacy on Stetson in Hemet has had prior authorizations in their files that are good for a year yet they still make me get another 1 every month. This takes almost a week and during that time I go without my meds. This puts my brain and body in a state of depression that lasts for days. Today I asked if it could be filled fast as they had the authorization yesterday and was told I have to wait all day. This is day 7 without my meds. The feeling is not what customer service is about. She said there’s other customers ahead of me and when I said I have gone without for 6 days she just said sorry. So if I fall asleep while driving to get the meds I need to keep me awake, I hope I don’t hurt someone when I crash. I worked customer service for 33 years with a LARGE utility co. The women pharmacist seem really unhappy. They act as I work for them. Everyone should be treated fairly especially when it comes to health. Please remind this store that the customer is to be listened to and just might know what they are talking about. I wish I had never come to this pharmacy. It’s the worst I have ever encountered. Prescriptions are always late and wrong.
