Denied boarding flight with son. Opodo repeatedly accusing me for no show

I bought a ticket for myself and my son through Opodo on the 27th of September 2021. My son fell ill and I tried to make contact to postpone flight but no answer despite I stayed on the chat. We got negative PCR tests and traveled by a booked taxi valued at 50 GBP to London Heathrow airport on 22 October 2021. CCTV will show that we were at the desk to collect our boarding passes. We were denied boarding because my son, 13 was not vaccinated. I accessed the chat on 22nd October 2021 and asked Opodo to request a refund. They did nothing. They sent me an email at 1.26 am to say that the airline rejected the refund due to NO SHOW. I had to stay at DoubleTree by Hilton for GBP 105. The return flight of the ticket on 30th October 2021 is in 4 days’ time. They should offer my son and me vouchers for future travel by flight for the amount of money we spent on the tickets 801.77GBP. Our flight was with Royal Jordanian Reference PFNCNN. Reference for Opodo is 8032691122.
