I ordered a bed on 1011, at that time I was told it would be delivered on the 14th, then the 15th, then the 16th. I also paid for a handy person to put the bed together. I adjusted my schedule for two days and it still was not delivered when originally posted. The customer service agent Jesse was very condescending and stated that the delivery is Fed Ex and they couldn’t control when they deliver and if I wanted to cancel my order. I would be paying for the shipping. I had to ask several times to speak to a manager. Wayfair…you just lost a family of customers. Be more forthcoming with your delivery dates. Inform a customer when the delivery is more than 24 hrs delayed (in other words…use customer service not have the customer hunt down their order). Hire representatives that are not condescending to your (former) customers.
