For 3 days now i have callled tracphone and contacted them through chat 3 x a day. chat cannot do anything they transfer you to technical. They all say theuy will call back in 15 minutes 7x this has happened . All reps refuse to escalate. I was on phone with refund department and agent was typing away she stated she had sent email for return and after 45 minutes we were disconnected and recieved no emails.
so after 9-12 attempts they provided me with a didderent pnone number and a reference pin.
on the phone now with refund department who called back at approrpriate time who has no information. After 15 minutes we figured she was looking at wrong order off by 1 digit
after another 40 minutes all issues have been resolved.
3x customer should be able to escalate to resolve issue. wasted time for both entities 8 hours cumulative @20$ on my end and the company. So 160 dollars spent for 90 dollar phone
