I purchased 3 tickets from LAX to Lima for June 2020, which were cancelled due to Covid. I was given a travel voucher instead of a cash refund and reschedule flights for July 2021. Again LATAM cancelled flights, I do not want to use LATAM at all, I wish to receive a cash refund. LATAM issued 3 vouchers for each ticket, making it a nightmare to get a refund. They make it so complicated to get a refund to make people extremely frustrated. I have requested a refund in July 2021, now it is October 6, 2021, and still no refund. They said no cash refund if us their travel voucher. LATAM owes me $2400 which they refuse to refund. There is so so many complaints about LATAM each for the same reason, they refuse to give refunds, and just cancel flights. People need to stay away from LATAM, they are dishonest and just take your money without anything in return. Calling is another nightmare. They cut you off, and just assign case numbers to each travel voucher. So disorganized. Absolutely the worst airline and worst business. LATAM must provide me with a full cash refund for my unused airline tickets, for which they cancelled the flight.
