Employee undoing bun and grooming hair over food preparation area, where our food was to be bagged. I aired my concerns with the manager Adil Ahmad and kiraKara who didn’t even reply to my concerns or reprimand the employee, total disregard to my complaint. Waited a long time for food whilst staff chatted and messed about. Totally disgusted with the service and hygiene, couldn’t eat food as put off. Acknowledgment would have been a start! The employee should have been reprimanded. ALL staff should wear hairnets.
