I pulled up to the speaker to place my order when a female told me to pull up to the second window. I sat there and watched the car in front of me give her order and then get her order. When I pulled up to the window, the lady refused to open the window to take my order. I sat there for 20 minutes and watched 5 cars pull up behind me. When she finally opened the window, she asked me what my order was and I told her that I was told to pull up to the second window and I haven’t placed my order. She was rude and told me that she wasn’t taking my order because they didn’t take orders at that window that I would have to drive around again and place my order. I told her no, that I was told that my order was to be placed and I had a grandson waiting on something to eat at school. She said she wasn’t taking my order. So I drove off and went to another McDonalds and got my grandson something to eat. This McDonalds need new workers who doesn’t have attitudes and doesn’t mind serving WHITE people. This McDonalds has gotten so out of control that it takes forever to get your food and by the time you do get your food, it’s cold. The workers doesn’t tell you have a good day or nothing of that kindness that a fast food station needs. They are not in uniforms, they wear their own street clothes and it needs some major adjustments. They don’t wear gloves when handling someone food. It needs a new manager that can take control of this food station.
