I (try to) eat at the local Burger King several times a week but about 3 out of 5 times I go there the dine in door is locked! The entrance to the store has a lot of thick unidentifiable stains by the door. The outside trash receptacle is ALWAYS full. About 1 out of three times they get my order wrong. I also tell them that I don’t want Ketchup but they nearly always put 4 or 5 packets in the bag. Tell the shift manager that it is just as easy, if not more so, to serve a dine in customer than a drive through customer. I was told at one time that they close the dine in because they are short handed.
