This morning I called to inquire about ink for my printer. I got a customer service agent who told me that my ink was delivered on July 16, 2021. My reply was I do not have any ink, but we have had different mail carriers and I have received my neighbors mail from time to time. His reply was rude. He told me that the ink had been delivered, and since the ink was FREE, I should go and look around my house to see if it was here somewhere. My reply was if the ink was here, I would not be calling to ask where my ink was. This is not the first time that this has happened, my not receiving my ink. He basically called me a liar and the he would send me more ink. But he reminded me again that the ink was FREE that I should keep up with it, and he said that he was noting the I said that the mail man lost my ink, and I didn’t have it. I don’t know why he thinks that the ink is free, since I pay for ink each month rather I get ink that month or not. There is a lot of things happening in the world now, so stealing ink would not be a priority. I hope that he gave me the correct reference number.
