Checkers — Manager Customer Service

I visited this store on 9222021 placed my order, got home and the order was totally incorrect. Call the store, was told I was placed on the list to come back to have this order made right. Visited the store this afternoon 925202 around 1230 pm, I told the manager what was I was told, he told me if I didn’t know the manager on duty’s name who took my complaint, I was out of luck and to go someplace else to eat after I attempted several times to let him know my name was written down and I had a picture of my receipt along with the food that was made incorrectly..speak to your manager and to teach them to listen to the customer’s concern before they cut people, allow people to explain a situation. The picture attached is the receipt I was given, it clearly shows I order the burger with Ketsup only and the picture also shows what I was given
