State Farm — No communication at all re new policy

I recently purchased coverage thru State Farm. I was told the coverage was available immediately. I let the agent know that I needed roadside assistance. I was assured that I could call and get help right away. I called for assistance and was told that my coverage was still in underwriting, so road side assistance was only available if I paid for it. This was never disclosed at all. I was then told that I could file a complaint online. I can’t pull up my account information, so how am I supposed to file a complaint ????? HAVE A SUPERVISOR CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS !!!!
