Family Dollar — Rude and dismissive

I returned to exchange a product that states return within 30 days if not 100% satisfied. I brought the product on 92521 and attempted to exchange it on 92521 @ 9:47am but was rudely and dismissively told by Trish that she cannot exchange or provide a refund after reviewing my receipt. Although the receipt states a refund or exchange can be given at any Family Dollar store. The associate should have this complaint filed in her record for others that may have the same issue. There will be a history of the behavior.
