Placed an order online using the app. Then when i arrive at Whataburger and try to check in , I kept getting a Technical Error message after 3 attempts. Then a Whataburger employee taps on my window. I give him my name. And I wait and wait. 15 minutes have passed since I arrived. So i went inside and told the counter person. She said you havent checked in yet. I guess she didn’t understand what I had just told her. Finally 8 minutes later i get my order. By now I am late for work. And the bread is so soggy it gagged me, had to throw away the bun and just eat the grilled chicken. The fries are barely warm. This is the third time I have used the online order app and had to wait a long time to get my order. Fix the iproblem with the app. Problem wasn’t on my end. I have wifi on my phone.
