The manager lady rung up a pack of cups that was listed on the shelves as $5 and told me that they were $6.75. I told her that they were listed as $5 on the shelf and she got very rude and began telling me that at Family Dollar, the prices aren’t the same as they are on the shelves. She began comparing Family Dollar to Walmart and saying that their prices aren’t the same as listed. This is not true. I’ve never had this issue at Walmart. She was very rude and argumentative! She also had a pair of earbuds in her ears while working. Horrible customer service. Someone should talk to her and give her a lesson on customer service and communication. This was ridiculous and not how a manager should behave.
