Vueling — Failure to provide a refund

Failure to provide a refund for two refundable flights this summer. I booked two refundable flights from LGW to BIO and back, VY7293 and VY7292 flying on 11821 and 21821 respectively. I payed extra for them to be refundable, I was given that option when I booked them. When I cancelled them I received a message saying: ‘Please note that we were unable to refund your flight through the same payment method you used to make your booking. Please click on this link to go to a secure page where you can enter your bank details so that we can transfer the refund to you.’ The link had expired a few days later. I have been trying to contact them in many occasions, the options offered in the pre-recorded message don’t contemplate my case. I have read many complains mentioning the same: they were unable to refund the flight through the same payment method. I would also like to mention that the second flight was cancelled and I was offered instead a one stop flight travelling to from BIO to BCN, and staying several hours there to wait for the second flight to LGW. That was one of my reasons to decided to cancel both ways. Giving me the full refund of my bookings: WG738T and WG193D as soon as possible.
