Reliance Jio — Refund Not Provided

I am been chasing reliance jio fibre for refund related to device submitted back by me. Accordingly to them they initiated refund but due to mismatch of account name of connection owner and bank account name amount was not credited. They shared a url to update account details but that is always showing “refund not applicable” Called customer care to team multiple Times but they only say account details has been updated by backend but details has not been provided by me so how it can be updated & again I have to wait 15 days to hear same thing again. Kindly resolve this matter.
