I am 70 years of age had a bypass surgery on the 22 April living on the 3rd floor of GREENFIELD APARTMENTS ( ground plus 3 floors ) at Kundalahalli. of which I am the owner living here since last 6 years. and paying my maintenance dues regularly From last 8 days the lift is not working the Association refuse to get it repaired. As they have a personal grudge with me and another 3rd floor resident. The estimate received for the repairs is 1.70 lakhs and today’s clear balance in the bank is 2,50 lacs Using the steps for going down and climbing up 2/3 times everyday is getting painful, besides me my wife had a stroke in 2003 her right side does not function properly.
