Activa Home Appliances — Faulty Product Delivered

Team, we have purchased a Gas geyser from Activa home appliances through Paytm gateway on 11/02/2021. They have delivered the faulty product we are trying to reach the seller and they tried to repair the product and send but still, it is not working properly. We had a small accident and flame came outside, fortunately.

Nothing happened to a family member. we tried to reach them now they are claiming they don’t have service center in Bangalore and it has to reach the new Delhi factory for repair and they are claiming to send from customer cost only but we are not sure it will get repaired properly as this incident.

Happening twice and the product is still under warranty. we are seeking help to get the product back and kindly refund the amount paid so that we can go for another alternative. we need your help here. Kindly reach me for more information Rakesh CB.
