I don’t know what is going on with Travolook service. I booked a ticket for travelling from BLR(8pm) to BBI 13th sep 2021, 10:15AM. At 10:34 AM, I got an email saying that my booking has been cancelled. When, I investigate by calling travolook, they are saying the flight is full and tickets has been sold out. However.
As I was checking travolook and other websites, there are seats available for the same indigo 6E 411 flight. So, I connect again with Travolook and now they are saying that there is a seat available and I need to pay extra 1100/- to book the seat. Does that make sense? I booked while there are seats available and they deducted my amount.
Suddenly, they are cancelling my booking and asking me for extra payment. When, I tried to connect their customer care executive for rescheduling, they are dropping my calls midway and providing the same response that my amount will be refunded by 72 hours.
There is an option in Travolook website for flight reschedule, when I enter my reference id, it shows invalid. I don’t understand what’s going on here. Please investigate this issue with high priority. Regards, Subrat Sahoo.
