For some of my personal reasons I couldn’t possibly want this course anymore. I have told to the management team that I want to quit before starting the batch and want my refund. But they told me that we don’t have any refund policy. And declined my refund request. I have reached to the every member of the team to talk about my refund. And I told my financial condition to them that is the very big reason to quit classes. The team is not responding me very quickly now. Only told me there is no refund policy we have already mentioned in the brochure. Before pay to the institute the team is answering my query very quickly. Now I have no trust to the team anymore. The principal of team never responded me. He just read the message and ignored. One of the team member gave me the link to payment. It’s a payment link by razorpay for 19750 INR. I have done the payment. After that I realised this course is not good for me. And I told to the team. But no help. Payment screenshot attached.
