Ordered food at drivethru at 737 pm. Paid with cash and was told it would be a few minutes on fries to pull to the front and they would bring it out. Waited 25 minutes and it never came. Politely took my drinks in untouched and said can I please have my money back I’ve never got my food. Was told by a manager they don’t give refunds. No sorry, no offer to remake my food, no customer service resolution offered at all. I said it’s ridiculous you don’t give refunds that you know you forgot me sitting outside. Somebody in background said what did he have and the manager said it’s probably that lost order. Once again no sorry or no offer to refund. Spoke to corporate and could only file a report but that the manager was authorized to issue refund. Was informed that my only option was to speak to the gm. Asked how I do that and was told I can come back tomorrow.
