I have been using Portal safe since 1/02/14. I have never had a problem with it. I am billed $19.95 on the 3rd of every month by EFILECABINET INC 877-574-5505 UT. Last week the site went down. I gave it a few days and tried again with no luck. On the Website All of the support numbers went to ATX software, and e file cabinet (I can’t get on the sight anymore). ATX sold me the product and E File cabinet billed me and it was advertised as a joint venture. When I called ATX their response was that they no longer have anything to do with portal safe. I said but your name & contact info is on there. I was told not an ATX problem take it up with portal safe. They said call E File cabinet. So, I did, and was told that portal safe was a joint venture between ATX & E File cabinet,but now E File cabinet just bills for them. I said can I have a contact # for Portal Safe., and was told no. Then I looked on our version of ATX paperless plus and there is a BIG portal safe Icon there. I called support for paperless plus and heard not their department. Needless to say, that I am frustrated and need to get on portal safe so that I can at least copy all of the data to a thumb drive. I have been paying monthly to EFILECABINET, How can E File cabinet have their name on the portal safe website that it is powered by them, bill me every month and now say they have nothing to do with it. This is a case of the little guy getting screwed – NOT RIGHT
