Do not buy a domain from them. Its a scam. No security and they hold you hostage. Tried for hours to get my email straight, sends me to another app from NameCheap that was no help. I asked for my money back, there reply was we dont do that. Then come to find out there is a 3 to 5 day cancellation. When asking for help they send you in circles, the tech support sends you a download process. I did it and my email lasted a day. Not a good company if your and their reviews all come from overseas. So my only hope was to transfer my domain since I owned it. Nope, I have to wait 60 days to transfer. Its BS that they are allowed to stay in business here. Spend a couple bucks more and get a legit company to set it up. By the way, I ended up using namesilo.com to do and it took me 20 mins, not 5 hours like their site !
