if you are a business owner or just starting out in the business use anyone but them. They provide horrible product quality and claim that what they send you looks really good even though it very clearly doesn’t. We used them to make shirts for a client of our who is just starting a business. He ordered tshirts, polo’s and hats and provided us with the logo he’d like to use. We made the mockup logo and processed the order through CustomCat. CustomCat proceeded to change our clients logo because their machine couldn’t match it perfectly and processed the order/shipped it out without ever notifying us or our client to the change. Our client received his order with a logo that doesn’t match his business and CustomCat refused to correct their mistake or reimburse our client. They are not a business friendly company and DO NOT care at all for anyone that uses their services. They’ll take your money and make whatever shirt they deem acceptable and ship it out regardless of quality. STAY AWAY FROM CUSTOMCAT
