I placed an order with the Music Zoo in December of 2018 for a pair of Triple Shot guitar rings along with a pair of guitar pickups. I received the pickups but not the rings, which are valued at approximately $55. I began an email correspondence with one of their sales personnel, Richard C*******, which began on 12/**/2018 and ended with my last attempt to contact him on 4/**/2019. During this exchange of emails, Mr. C******* acknowledged the company’s mistake and promised me multiple times that the item would be sent to me, but finally ignored my last email of 4/**/2019. I have made a good faith attempt to settle this matter through their customer service department, with no success.
