A rep came to my door stating I will get a credit to my utility Bill because of Covid and all I need to do was get my current bill and they will have to credit come to my bill next I get a bill that my was to Park Power I asked several time if I Initial this is my utility going to get changed he said no. I cancelled back in November and I’m still getting billed they cancelled the electric and not the gas I call back in January and not are telling me it was just cancelled Feb 1. A total misrepresentation from company and and customer service
