I signed up with this company for credit repair services. on. I made my first payment of $82.65 on 08/06/18. I waited 45 days and had done literally NOTHING with my profile. (They have a portal you can log into to check progress) Literally, nothing had been done. I sent SEVERAL messages via the portal that he ignored all but once. I emailed him. I called and was never able to speak with anyone. After several attempts of trying to reach him, I wrote in his group “hidden credit secrets” asking for a refund since he took my money and did absolutely nothing. The first time he replied that he would refund my money but then he deleted my post. He never contacted me. I wrote in the group again several more times and he continuously ignored my pleas. Then eventually he removed me from the group. He has never even attempted to refund me or contact me! Very unprofessional. This is theft. He took my money and did nothing! I thought he was a trustworthy individual as I had been a member of his group for years. I was ripped off. What makes matters worse is I really needed his help, so to be taken advantage of is really low down. I want my money back and I want to lodge this complaint to hopefully keep others from over at their most vulnerable moments.
