Afterward when I was not home I had a message from a employee that he had come by and had put some sealant on and if it did not correct the issue to call back. The roof is still leaking and I have called ABCO on multiple occasions and the receptionist discussed with the owner and agreed they would have someone come back. The last time she indicated it would be some time on 3/23 or 3/24 a Saturday or Sunday. She indicated they would let me know a time and day. Heard nothing. My wall and ceiling have now sustained quite a large amount of damage that will result in several hundreds of dollars due to the fact they have put this off for several weeks. When I hired ABCO to do the roofing project I felt very comfortable with the company and the estimator who is no longer with they. I feel they are dragging me out and the end results will end up costing me plenty when this should have been handled promptly when the call was first made. No one should do business with a company that does it customers the way ABCO has done me.
