BBQGuys.com — I want full refund

On March 19 I ordered a Napoleon Rogue 425 propane gas grill for $684.70, Delivered on April 6th damaged. That same day I requested a new replacement part and was told to send pictures of the damage. Sent pictures back on April 6. On April 15 sent an e-mail asking if the new part was on order since I had not heard anything back. April 20th I received a response requesting the serial number and my phone number so the supplier could contact me, which I sent that same day. April 29 I sent an e-mail asking if a replacement part had been ordered. May 6th asked if the part had been ordered. Stated if the part was not going to be shipped within a week, I would like a refund. On May 19, after a phone call, I received a response saying the part was out of stock and would not be available until July 9th. I requested a full refund. On June 2nd sent an e-mail saying it has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing. On June 7th send another e-mail and have heard absolutely nothing back. I want a full refund.
