Pizza Hut — items not received

I had put in an online order at 5:47 and had not received my order until 6:43. When I called to see what the hold up was I received attitude and carelessness. I waited in the car for 43 minutes with my two children. I also did not receive my money for the items I did not receive back I paid for 3 2 liter sodas that were not received and condiments that they charge 50 cents for I did not receive 5 of those. My question is why are you going to leave it as a charge for the items that were not reviewed and taxed on top of that. The supervisor had no resolution and was no help I believe his name was peter or Phillip I couldn’t understand what it was with his attitude and snickering. Also the employees were very unkempt and rude. From the looks of it they should be implementing better hygiene and probably drug testing which I’m not even joking by the way we were treated and the way they acted. I paid 173 bucks including tip and would like a resolution granted I’m never going back so I will accept the fifteen bucks for the tip I left prior and also the refund for the items not received.
