I lost my job due to COVID. I am collecting unemployment benefits via PA. I requested direct deposit but PA Unemployment switched to debit card from Relicard (US BANK) with confirming my address. Needless to say a lot of money is on that card that went to the wrong address. I have called USbank numerous times to be on hold for over a hour (4 different times). I sent a fax in to chance my address and when I called the first time they told me they never received my fax. They still don’t have my fax that was sent 5 days ago. I have emailed the PAU PA unemp office numerous times to get no response. I sick of this. I need money to pay my bills and have over $2K sitting on a card that I don’t even know where it is at. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
