Cash app has a new feature where you can exchange Bitcoin for free. Send, receive, & deposit, anywhere in the world right??? But when you use the feature to exchange btc they ban your account. My account was closed for receiving a $291 payment in Bitcoin. They emailed me saying there was a violation of terms and conditions which is completely false as I read over the entire document of terms and conditions. Nowhere in the passage does it say I am not allowed to receive btc from friends and if I do my account will close. That’s not against any term or condition. In fact, it literally says the complete opposite that we’re able and allowed to do so. The BTC that was sent to me I didn’t even get to receive it because they closed my account for it. So it’s stuck pending after already being confirmed in the blockchain over 60 times.
