Better Body Co — No response!!!

I ordered products from this merchant, the first month was fine. And what I though was to be a reacurring charge, they emailed me and said my card was declined from my bank! Not possible as I was just paid. So then the merchant said I should purchase the items and go through to check out, which I paid $88 for 2 bottles, and the payment went right through! To the same bank account which the merchant said was the problem. A few hours later, I see another charge in my account for another transaction only the amount was more! $102.00. I tried to cancel that, and the only way to cancel that transaction was to email them! Well, I did….5 times in 2 days and no response!!! I tried disputing the charge through and they said I didn’t cancel in time, well I couldn’t no one answered my emails!!!!!!!! This company is such a joke. They need a physical being manning the computers and answering emails on time. I’d like a refund of $102.00.
