I placed an order worth Rs. 2100.1 am aware of online frauds, so I was very specific regarding my questions which were — Whether the dress has mirror work, whether the blouse is cut in the exact shape, what the return policy is. The answers I received — Yes the dress has intricate mirror work, the blouse is exactly the same, 1-line return policy — No refund but the exchange is allowed. I received the dress & it was a complete piece of ****. No mirror work. The design was nowhere close to what was shown in the picture. I complained and I received the detailed return policy (which I didn’t receive when I specifically asked). The policy is even worse — you have to pay 2 ways shipping and place the order for any item which should be more than the price you previously paid. Then the lady started sending me voice notes, that if you want the return you will have to follow the policy and tell us in 2 hours. Well not exchange afterward. Basically, it’s like saying to a customer that if you haven’t learned about our fraud yet, we have more to offer. Very poor quality products, extremely rude customer service. Complete Scam!
