As someone who has dealt with Vahan for several years, I can say that he is one of the most dishonest people I’ve ever met. He will lie to ANYONE to get what he wants (yet he rarely succeeds). I’ve met people who were bullied by him on many occasions. If nothing else, perform drug checks on him for illegal drugs and you will find that he is not a law-abiding citizen!
