They improperly towed my car from a lot where I was lawfully parked last month. According to a police report and witness statements, they damaged my car by dragging it up a curb. In addition, one witness described my car falling off the tow truck. Although a police report was filed and photos were provided showing the car before and after the damage they caused, Creamer’s has thus far refused to accept responsibility for the damage, refused to pay for the repair, and are now not even responding to my good faith attempts to settle this with them. I recommend never doing business with them.
